- Shipping

Nothing leaves my studio unless I am 100% happy with the piece. Your item will be thoroughly checked and wrapped accordingly. I try and use as much sustainable and recycled packaging as much as possible, to reduce waste. Therefore there may be some inconsistencies in the packing materials I use.

All parcels are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24hr. I aim for them to arrive in 5-7 working days after ordering.

- Damage

Please open your delivery as soon as possible after arrival. In the sad and thankfully rare event that it is damaged please email me a photo within 48hrs of arrival. Postage each way will be paid for by me. Once I have recieved the item I can work on repairing it or replacing it as soon as possible.

 

- Hanging and Care Instructions 

Each piece will arrive with a hanging and care advice sheet, please read this carefully before displaying your work. Suction hooks are only to be used to keep pieces flush against the window. DO NOT rely solely on these to hang the work as they can dry out in hot weather.

Due to the nature of sheet glass there may be small lines or bubbles within the work. These marks do not affect the piece and should be celebrated!

If you wish to clean your glass you can do so carefully with a dry cotton cloth, Glass cleaner shouldnt be used as this could damage the solder.

- Lead Warning - The Came Edging and Solder I use contains lead so ensure you wash your hands after handling.

 

- Commissions and Reproductions

I am happy to take on commissions and reproductions when I have the time.

Feel free to use the contacts section and we can start a discussion on what you would like. 

This will need to be factored into my diary so the more time we have the better. I love working with people and bringing their ideas to life so i will ask for ideas, images, and even foliage for the "Wish You Were Here" pieces. For any reproductions I am happy to change the colours where I can.

For new large window commissions I charge a design fee of £250.

The total cost including post and packing will be emailed along with the design. Once the design/timeline is agreed I will ask for 50% upfront and begin asap. The balance will then be paid after I have sent you a photo and you have approved the completed piece, then it will be posted asap. The design is still my property and under copyright and can therefore not be copied by you or any other maker. I have the option to replicate it if I wish (although highly unlikely as I don't like to make things more than once!)

​- My Designs - I have spent years creating a body of work that I am extremely proud of. All of these designs are my own and they belong to me. There is nothing worse than someone stealing your designs, so please be nice, feel free to appreciate, but do not replicate!
