Glass picture postcard. This particular piece is created with an original vintage victorian magic lantern slide. Assembled using a variety of textured and/or unusual glass. These photos would have been part of someones private collection or as reference images. I was so intruiged when I found them and love that they can continue thier life as art. Nothing concrete came up on google images when I researched this image. These decorations are similar to Electric Avenue Christmas decrations, or could infact be the Coronation of George VI in 1937, I'm not sure but what an incredible image!
